At NextGenTrend Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.


📦 Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. After 7 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a return or exchange.


✅ Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Sale or discounted items (unless received damaged or defective)
  • Perishable goods or items with hygiene seals that have been opened
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Items without original packaging or tags

🔄 Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size or color received
  • Defective or damaged items upon delivery

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


🚚 How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Share clear photos of the item (especially if damaged or defective)
  4. Wait for our team to approve your return request
  5. Ship the item back to our provided address (or arrange pickup if applicable)

💰 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit (for COD orders)
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

📬 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
